Data Security & Data Deletion

This page describes how FUYIN protects data accessed through TikTok Shop and other connected platforms, how access is controlled, and how data is deleted or anonymized when an authorization is revoked.

1. Data We Access

Depending on the permissions you confirm during TikTok Shop authorization, FUYIN may access and process the following categories of data through TikTok Shop’s official APIs:

• Shop information
• Product information
• Order information
• Creator and affiliate collaboration data made available by TikTok Shop, where applicable

We request only the minimum scope necessary to provide the FUYIN creator and affiliate operations features you use.

2. How Data Is Protected

• Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Access tokens and credentials are stored in encrypted form and are not displayed in plain text.
• Access to authorized data is restricted to authorized personnel and system processes on a need-to-know basis.
• Application infrastructure is hosted in a controlled cloud environment with operating-system and network access controls.

We do not sell, rent, or trade TikTok Shop authorized data. We share data only with necessary service providers or as required by applicable law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Data Storage Location

FUYIN infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Accordingly, data processed by FUYIN may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

When you revoke FUYIN’s authorization in TikTok Shop or terminate your account, the following applies:

• FUYIN will stop collecting new data through TikTok Shop’s official APIs;
• previously collected authorized data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period;
• data may be retained only where required by law, necessary to complete pending obligations, or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Subprocessors

FUYIN uses third-party cloud-hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the Product. These providers process data only as necessary to provide hosting, storage, and technical-support services, under agreements that require appropriate security measures.
