FUYIN is a creator and affiliate operations platform built to help TikTok Shop sellers and service providers manage creator collaboration, product and order data, and operational workflows. If you do not agree, please stop using the Product.

We may access and process information related to your shop, products, orders, and operational data through TikTok Shop’s official APIs, within the scope of authorization confirmed by you on TikTok Shop. The specific data accessible to us will depend on the permissions you confirm on the TikTok Shop authorization page and the data actually made available through TikTok Shop’s official APIs.

We use TikTok Shop authorized data only to provide FUYIN services to you, including creator management, affiliate operations, product and order management, operational assistance, and service optimization. We will not use TikTok Shop authorized data for purposes unrelated to our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your TikTok Shop authorized data. Except for necessary service providers such as cloud hosting, data storage, or technical support, or where required by applicable law, we will not share your TikTok Shop authorized data with third parties.

We take reasonable and necessary security measures to protect TikTok Shop authorized data and restrict access to such data. You may revoke our authorization through the methods provided by TikTok Shop. After authorization is revoked, we will no longer obtain new authorized data through TikTok Shop’s official APIs, and will delete, anonymize, or retain data already obtained within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law, platform rules, and service needs.
